PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: this policy takes effect on the day this version is posted. Section 12 explains how we change it.
Version 2.1. This policy replaces Version 2.0, which took effect on October 2, 2026. Information we collected before the effective date of this policy is handled under this policy from that date forward. A record of material changes appears in Section 15.
1. Who this covers
This policy explains how Healthy Wealthy nWise, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company handles your information. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Healthy Wealthy nWise, LLC.
It covers temporalread.com, the AKASHA application, our reports and diagnostics, our sessions, and our email, whether you came to us directly or through a coach, consultant, or other independent professional.
It does not cover websites or services we do not operate, including those of the independent businesses described in Section 4.
2. What we collect
2.1 Your birth details
To build a report we need, and we ask for:
- your full legal name at birth, and the name you prefer to be called
- your date of birth
- your time of birth, as exactly as you have it
- your place of birth
We ask for the time of birth to the minute where you have it, because the calculations we run change with it. This is more precise than most services ask for, and we say so plainly here so that you know what you are handing over.
2.2 Contact and account details
Your email address, your phone number if you give us one, and, if you hold an account in the AKASHA application, your account credentials.
2.3 What you tell us in the course of the work
Your messages and questions in the application's chat, your answers on intake and booking forms, including what you tell us about your business and what a constraint is costing you, and any feedback or corrections you send us.
2.4 What we produce about you
The reports, diagnostics, and models we build from your birth details, including the working models we hold internally and do not send you.
2.5 Recordings
Where you attend a live session, the video, audio, chat, and any automated transcript of it. We tell you at the start of a session that it is being recorded.
2.6 Payment details
Handled by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
2.7 Information collected automatically
Log and device information recorded by our servers and by the security and content-delivery network our sites are served through. Inside the AKASHA application we also keep a record of your account activity, such as when a report was produced for you or your subscription changed. We do not run third-party analytics on any of our properties. Section 5 explains this in full.
2.8 What we do not ask for
We do not ask for health, financial, or payment information outside the checkout, and you should not send it to us.
2.9 We collect information only from the person it is about
We do not collect birth details about anyone who has not given them to us themselves. Where our services compare two people, the person using the service supplies both sets of details, and we hold no contact information for the second person and do not contact them. Where a report is bought as a gift, the recipient enters their own details when they redeem it.
2.10 The Timing X-ray
If you use our Timing X-ray, we collect your date of birth, your time of birth or a window for it if you have one, your place of birth, and your email address. We do not ask for your name.
The notes you place on the map stay in your browser and are not sent to us until you submit the form. When you submit it, we receive your notes with your birth details. If you later tell us whether a period fit and what happened at the time, we keep those answers too.
We use this information to build your Timing X-ray, to email you the link to it, and, as you agree on the form, to add you to the Temporal Intelligence email list. You can unsubscribe from that list at any time using the link in any of our emails. We also use your notes and answers to develop our methods, as Section 6.2 describes, and you agree to that use by ticking the box on the form.
Your Timing X-ray is reached through a personal link. Anyone who has that link can open the page, so share it only with people you want to see it.
Your notes are in your own words. Please leave out health information, and anything private about another person.
We keep your birth details, notes, answers and Timing X-ray together, as Section 7 describes for the reports we build. You can ask us to delete them at any time, as Section 8 describes. We do not sell any of it.
To find your place of birth and its time zone, we use place data from GeoNames, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License. We hold a copy of that data ourselves, so your details are never sent to GeoNames.
3. What we do with it, and what we do not
We use your information to build the report or diagnostic that was ordered, to deliver it, to run your account and subscription, to email you about your work, to take payment, to keep our services secure, and to meet our legal obligations.
What our reports are. Our reports are interpretive. They describe patterns and are offered for your own consideration. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, they are not a diagnosis, and they are not a prediction of what will happen to you. This matters to your privacy as well as to the work itself: the reports are our interpretation, and they are not a factual record about you.
What we do not do. We do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not use your birth details to advertise to you. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who else sees it
Reports arranged by one person for another. Where a coach, consultant, or other independent professional arranged your report, we deliver the finished report to that person as well as to you. You are told this in plain words on the intake form before you enter any of your details.
Those businesses are independent. They are not our agents, and they handle your information under their own privacy practices once it reaches them. What they may do with your report is limited by our terms. The contents of your report are confidential. They may use it with you, in your sessions together. They may not publish it, quote from it, market with it, or pass it to anyone else.
Service providers. We use other companies to run our business. They fall into these categories:
- Hosting and infrastructure, which run our websites and the AKASHA application and hold the information stored in them.
- Payment processing, which takes your payment. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Email delivery, which sends you the email we write.
- Scheduling, which books your sessions.
- Artificial-intelligence services, which our systems use in the course of producing your report.
- Security and content delivery, which keeps our sites available and protects them from abuse.
They receive only what they need in order to do that work, they do it on our instructions, and they do it for us. We do not authorise any of them to use your information for their own purposes, including to develop or train their own products or models, and we do not permit any of them to market to you.
If you want to know who they are, ask us. Write to [email protected] and we will tell you which companies handle personal information for us and what each of them does.
Legal and safety. Where the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety.
If the business is sold. In a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may transfer to the buyer, including the anonymous combined data described in Section 6.
5. Cookies, analytics, and tracking
We do not track you, and we do not advertise to you. We run no advertising pixels, no ad-network tags, and no cross-site or cross-app tracking technology on any of our properties. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not use your information to target advertising, and we do not share your information with advertising networks or data brokers. This is the practice behind what Section 3 says about not selling your personal information.
We do not use third-party analytics. We do not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or any comparable analytics or marketing-measurement service on our websites or in the AKASHA application.
What is stored on your device, and why.
- Signing in to the AKASHA application. The application keeps your sign-in session in your browser's own storage, so that you stay signed in from one page to the next. Without it you could not hold an account. It is not used to track you and it is not shared with anyone. Clearing your browser's storage for our site signs you out.
- Remembering who introduced you. If you reach our site by following a link shared by a coach, consultant, or other independent professional who takes part in our Temporal Authorized Provider Program, we store that person's referral code in a cookie named ap_r on your device for 90 days. If you apply to the program during that time, the person who introduced you is credited. The cookie holds the code and nothing else, it records nothing about what you read or do on our site, and it is not shared with anyone. If you later follow a different person's link, that person's code replaces the first one. Clearing cookies for temporalread.com removes it.
- Signing in to the provider portal and downloading certificates. Members of the program who sign in to the provider portal receive a session cookie that keeps them signed in and ends when the browser is closed. When a certificate is downloaded, a short-lived cookie tells the page that the download has started. Neither is used to track you.
- Keeping the sites up and safe. Our websites are delivered through a security and content-delivery network, which sets a small number of cookies of its own to keep the sites available, to tell automated traffic apart from real visitors, and to protect against abuse. These are security and delivery cookies. They are not analytics and they are not advertising.
- Paying. Payment is taken on our payment processor's own checkout pages. Anything stored on your device during checkout is set by them and is governed by their privacy practices, not ours.
- Building your map. The notes you add to the map on the Timing X-ray page are held in your browser while you work on it, and are not sent to us until you submit the form. They are not used to track you.
What this means for your choices. Because we run no analytics and no advertising technology, there is no tracking here for you to opt out of. You can block or clear site storage in your browser at any time. If you do that while you are signed in to the application, you will be signed out and can sign in again.
If this changes, this section changes first. If we ever add analytics or any similar technology, we will update this section before it goes live, and where your consent is required we will ask for it first.
6. How we use this work to develop our methods
We use the information you give us, and the reports and models we build from it, to develop and improve our methods, our models, and our services. We do this with all of the work we do, not with a selected part of it. We are telling you this plainly rather than burying it, because it is a real use of information you gave us.
Access to that information is limited to our team and to the systems we use to do the work. Nothing here lets us publish anything that identifies you. If we ever want to use your name, your story, or your results in public, we ask you first, separately. We do not sell your personal information.
How this works depends on which of our services you used, and the two are different. We set both out below rather than describing one and letting you assume it covers the other.
6.1 The AKASHA application
Information used this way by the application is de-identified first. It is processed so that it can no longer reasonably be used to identify you or be linked back to you, and direct and indirect identifiers are removed or obscured. It may then be combined with the same kind of information from other people into aggregate form.
We do not try to re-identify it, except as strictly necessary to test whether our de-identification is working. We do not attempt to derive personal information from it, and we require anyone we give it to make the same commitments.
Because that data no longer identifies you, it stays with us even if you later ask us to delete your personal information. Data already built into our models or our corpus at the time of your request remains in them.
In the application you are asked separately whether you agree to this use. The box is not ticked for you, and you can change your answer at any time.
6.2 Our reports, diagnostics, and sessions
Work built outside the application is not de-identified, and we are not going to tell you that it is. The people and systems building your report work with your information as you gave it to us, because that is what building the report requires.
For this work, agreeing to our terms when you buy includes agreeing to this use.
If you ask us to delete your personal information we will delete it, as Section 8 describes. What we have already learned from the work, and improvements we have already made to our methods and models, remain, because they cannot be unmade.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, Section 14 sets out the basis we rely on for each of these and how to object.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your birth details and the report we built from them indefinitely.
We do this for two reasons. So that we can send you your report again if you lose it. And so that if you come back for further work, we can build it without asking you for your birth details a second time.
Your birth details are part of the report itself and cannot be separated from it. Deleting one would mean destroying the other.
Section 8 explains what you can ask us to do, and Section 14.5 explains how this works if you are in the EEA or the UK.
Separately, we keep business and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
8. Your choices, and what we can actually do
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask for a copy, and tell us to stop sending you marketing email. We do not treat you differently for asking.
Write to [email protected]. We handle these requests by hand, and we will respond within 15 business days.
What we cannot delete.
First, records we are required to keep for tax, accounting, legal, or record-keeping reasons.
Second, de-identified and aggregate data, to the extent it meets the standard described in Section 6.1. Anything that does not meet that standard is your personal information, and we delete it when you ask.
What deleting does not undo. As Section 6.2 says, what we have already learned from the work, and improvements we have already made to our methods and models, remain. Deleting your personal information does not unmake them, and we cannot reverse them.
One thing we cannot undo. A report already delivered to the coach, consultant, or other independent professional who arranged it cannot be recalled. We can stop sending it, delete our own copy, and tell them you asked. What they do with a copy already in their hands is between you and them, subject to the confidentiality limits our terms place on them.
9. Children
Our services are for adults. You must be at least 18 to use them. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls on the systems that hold birth details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
11. Information about other people
Where our services compare two people, the person using the service supplies both sets of birth details and confirms that they are entitled to do so.
We do not hold contact information for the second person and we do not contact them. If that person wants to know what we hold or wants it deleted, they, or the person who entered their details, can write to us at the address in Section 13.
12. Changes to this policy
We may change this policy by posting an updated version and changing the effective date. Where a change materially expands how we use information we already hold about you, we will tell you, and we will ask again where the law requires us to.
13. How to reach us
Healthy Wealthy nWise, LLC
3564 Avalon Park E Blvd, Suite 1-2015
Orlando, Florida 32828
United States
14. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom
This section applies in addition to the rest of this policy. Where it conflicts with anything above, this section governs for you.
14.1 Who is responsible
Healthy Wealthy nWise, LLC is the controller of your personal data. Our address is in Section 13, and you can reach us at [email protected] about anything in this section.
14.2 Why we are allowed to process your data
| What we do | The basis we rely on |
|---|---|
| Build and deliver the report or diagnostic you ordered, and run your account | Performance of our contract with you |
| Email you about work you have ordered | Performance of our contract with you |
| Build and email your Timing X-ray, and keep the notes and answers you give us for it (Section 2.10) | Performance of our contract with you |
| Take payment and keep tax and accounting records | Legal obligation, and performance of our contract |
| Keep our services secure and prevent misuse | Our legitimate interests in operating a secure service |
| Keep your details and report indefinitely so we can reissue and build follow-on work | Our legitimate interests, as described in Sections 7 and 14.5 |
| Create de-identified and aggregate data in the application, and use it to develop our models and methods (Section 6.1) | Your consent, given separately in the application, and our legitimate interests |
| Use your information to develop our methods where it is not de-identified (Sections 6.2 and 2.10) | Our legitimate interests, and your agreement to our terms when you buy or on the Timing X-ray form |
| Send you marketing email | Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object, and Section 14.3 explains how.
14.3 Your rights
You have the right to ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
- delete your personal data, subject to Sections 8 and 14.5
- restrict how we use it while a question about it is being resolved
- transfer it to you or to another provider in a portable format
- stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests, by objecting
- withdraw consent at any time where we relied on your consent, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it
Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 15 business days.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority. In the EEA that is the data protection authority in the country where you live or work. In the UK it is the Information Commissioner's Office. We would rather you came to us first, but you do not have to.
14.4 Special categories of data
We do not ask you for information about your health, your racial or ethnic origin, your political opinions, your religious or philosophical beliefs, your trade union membership, your genetics, your biometrics, or your sex life or sexual orientation, and you should not send it to us.
The birth details we ask for are your name, date, time, and place of birth. We do not treat them as special category data and we do not use them to infer anything in the list above.
14.5 How long we keep your data
Section 7 applies to you: we keep your birth details and the report indefinitely, because your birth details are contained in the report and cannot be separated from it, and because we hold it so that we can reissue it to you and build follow-on work without asking you again.
If you ask us to delete your personal data we will do so, subject to the two exceptions in Section 8: records we must keep by law, and de-identified and aggregate data to the extent it meets the standard described in Section 6.1. As Section 6.2 explains, what we have already learned and already built into our methods also remains, because it cannot be unmade.
14.6 Sending your data outside the EEA and the UK
We operate from the United States, and your personal data is transferred there and to other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may not offer the same level of protection as the country you live in.
When we make a transfer of that kind, we make it under a safeguard that the applicable law recognises. For our service providers that is normally the standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission, together with the United Kingdom Addendum to those clauses for transfers out of the UK, which form part of the data processing terms we are on with them. Where a provider is certified under the EU-US or UK-US Data Privacy Framework, we may rely on that certification instead.
You can ask which safeguard applies to your data, and ask us for a copy of it. Write to [email protected]. We will tell you which safeguard applies, and give you a copy of the relevant clauses or tell you where the provider publishes them. Section 14.3 sets out the rest of your rights and how quickly we answer.
14.7 Automated decision-making
Our reports and diagnostics are produced with the help of automated systems. They are informational material for you to consider, and we do not use them, or anything else, to make decisions about you that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on you.
